Friday thru Sunday, 9am - 3pm.  

Each sale is different, so please check each listing.

We do not sell anything before opening day and time.  

We do not give out prices because each sale has hundreds of items, and we cannot remember them all! Also, we want you to see and inspect the merchandise for yourself. However, you are welcome to contact us with questions.

We price according to our experience in this market.  Rusty is a Certified Personal Property Appraiser, and we have a network of experts in various fields that we regularly consult. We price items to sell; we aren't running a museum!  Our usual policy is:

Friday - Items are sold as marked the first day.  

Saturday -  we discount most items 25%.  

Sunday - most items are discounted 50%.  

There may be exceptions to this policy due to client wishes. Also, vehicles and commodity items (gold, silver, precious jewels, coins and currency) are excluded from the usual discount.

Make us an offer we can't refuse!  Bids will be accepted prior to 3pm Saturday for all unsold items marked over $100.  Winning bidders will be contacted Saturday afternoon for credit card info or cash payment.  If we can't contact the highest bidder, we will move on. Please ask for a bid form.

We hand out numbers beginning one hour prior to opening.  We will admit customers by number at opening time.  

Please provide your e-mail address and we will send an e-mail prior to each sale.  We advertise all sales on southeasttexas.com "estate sales"

Cash happily accepted, as well as credit cards.

   We cannot "hold" items; all items are sold first-come, first served.  The first person to claim an item (or pull the 3x5 tag on heavier bulky items) gets it.  

    If you buy an item and need to pick it up later, you may do so as long as you pick it up before the sale ends.

Please bring help to load heavy items, as we do not load.

All items are sold "as-is, where-is".  No guarantees are given and no returns accepted. Please inspect before you buy.  

Loading is the responsibility of the buyer.  We will disconnect plumbing and elctrical, but please bring help to load.  Purchased items may be held through Sunday for pick-up, and usually Mondays, also.

We plug in and turn on all electrical items, and you are welcome to do the same.

Please contact us for a no-obligation visit.  We are happy to discuss sales options and schedules at your convenience.  Usually, we do not inspect until all items to be kept by family are removed. However, if you are not sure where to start, or what to keep, call us and we will be happy to take a look and give you free advice, no obligation.  But don't throw anything away...one man's trash is another man's treasure.

We welcome telephone inquiries, but will not sell anything before opening day and time.  We will accept telephone purchases, with an approved credit card, beginning one hour after the doors open. 

We advertise through Facebook but do not sell through that platform.
